Humber Builds Brilliance with a New Name and Brand
We are excited to announce that Humber has a new name! Ushering in a new era for post-secondary education, Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning is now Humber Polytechnic.
What does this mean for Real Estate Education Program learners? This means re-imagining how we can continue to build brilliance with our learners. We are looking at learner support models and improvements that will elevate learners’ growth and engagement.

Learner Orientation Sessions
Starting in November 2024, the Real Estate Education Program Office will be offering Orientation Sessions for new learners to the program. In these one-hour sessions, new learners can engage with and ask questions to program staff to start off on a great footing. More information will be sent out directly to new learners by email.

Try out our Facilitated Review Sessions (FRS)
Facilitated Review Sessions (FRS) are a non-mandatory component of the program that provide enhanced learning opportunities beyond the eLearning material to support learner success. FRS is not a substitute for the eLearning course.
FRS sessions are delivered virtually online and are designed to give learners the opportunity to review and discuss complex eLearning course topics with their peers and facilitator.
Learners can ask questions and enjoy real-time discussions which many find helpful. Learners can enroll in an FRS after they have completed the eLearning modules of a course before attempting the respective exam.

When you're ready to enroll in Simulation Session 1 - Residential or Simulation Session 2 - Commercial, you'll have the flexibility to choose between In-Person Simulation or Virtual Simulation.
Our In-Person Simulation Sessions are held at Humber Polytechnic’s Education and Training Solutions (ETS) building, located at 30 Carrier Drive in Toronto.
